Youngstown Tool & Die Co., Inc was founded in 1961 by Andrew Stanislav. The company's sole business purpose is the manufacturing of extrusion dies and tooling for the aluminum extrusion industry. Since its inception the Company has realized that technology and modernization are the key elements to success. As new and more efficient machines become available, management has evaluated the usefulness of these machines. Youngstown Tool & Die Co., Inc. has always had the foresight to predict the needs of its customers and matched those needs with increased technology to meet stricter tolerances.
Over the years, Youngstown Tool & Die has expanded to continue meeting the needs of its customers. With the completion of the latest addition, YTD is prepared for the new millennium. New CNC machines and the ability to produce a wide range of die sizes, and our in-house heat-treating facility allow for quicker turnover and more efficient dies to our customers. Quality and service have been a focus of the company to maintain its goal of obtaining total customer satisfaction.

Lawrence Stanislav The current president of YTD has had a very instrumental part in the growth and success of the company. After attending Youngstown State University he began working for YTD in 1969. He has had the opportunity to learn the manufacturing process by starting at the entry level position and advancing to foreman, shop manager, then President. His innovative ideas have elevated YTD to one of the top die manufacturers in the country.
